Acceptable Use Policy
1.Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") governs what you may do with DropToAd, the AI marketing studio operated by Adaptiwe Technology DOO Niš. It forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service; capitalised terms have the meaning given there. It applies to everything you put into the Service (links, brand assets, uploads, prompts — your "Input"), everything the Service produces for you ("Output"), and how you use that Output once it leaves us.
Payments for DropToAd are processed by our merchant of record, Polar Software, Inc.. Polar's own Acceptable Use Policy applies to the sale of our subscriptions, and the restrictions below are aligned with it. Where the two overlap, the stricter rule applies.
2.What we sell, and what we don't
DropToAd is a digital software service (SaaS). What you buy is access to the application and a monthly allotment of credits for AI generation, granted to your account automatically as soon as payment succeeds. We do not sell physical goods, we do not ship anything, and we do not sell human services such as done-for-you marketing, design, consulting or agency work. Every generation is produced by software.
The Service creates marketing creative for your own products — static ads, motion graphics, social posts and short video ads built from a product page you supply and the brand material you upload.
3.Your responsibility for what you generate
AI output is a draft, not a finished advertisement. You are the advertiser and the publisher: before you run anything the Service produced, you must review it and confirm that prices, claims, offers, availability and legal notices are accurate and lawful for your market. We surface real product data rather than inventing it, but you remain responsible for verifying it.
You must also hold the rights to everything you feed in — product pages, logos, photography, fonts, music, model releases — and comply with the advertising, consumer-protection and platform rules that apply to you (including the ad policies of Meta, TikTok, Google and any other channel you publish to).
4.Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to create, upload, store or distribute:
- Sexual or adult content, including nudity, sexually suggestive imagery, AI "companion"/relationship content, and anything that sexualises a minor — which we report and refer to the authorities;
- Deepfakes and face swaps. You must not generate, request or upload synthetic depictions of a real, identifiable person — including celebrities, public figures and your own customers — without their documented, explicit consent, and never in a way that implies a false endorsement;
- Cloned or impersonated voices. Voice output must not imitate the voice of a real, identifiable person;
- Fabricated social proof — invented customer reviews, testimonials, ratings, follower counts, press logos, certifications, awards, endorsements or "as seen in" claims;
- False, misleading or unsubstantiated claims, including fake scarcity and countdowns, invented discounts or anchor prices, and guaranteed health, income or financial results;
- Infringing material — third-party trademarks, logos, characters, artwork, photography, fonts or music you are not licensed to use, or content designed to pass your product off as someone else's;
- Hateful, violent, harassing or discriminatory content, or content that promotes self-harm or celebrates harm to people, property or any protected group;
- Malware, phishing or deceptive interfaces — including creative designed to imitate a login screen, a payment page, a system alert or another brand's website; or
- Personal data you have no right to use, including scraped or leaked personal information about identifiable individuals.
5.Prohibited products & industries
You must not use the Service to market, advertise or promote the following. This list mirrors the categories our merchant of record refuses to process payments for, and it is not exhaustive:
- gambling, betting, casino, iGaming, lotteries, sweepstakes, loot boxes and mystery boxes;
- adult content and services, escort or dating-for-payment services, and anything advertised toward minors;
- illegal or age-restricted goods — recreational and prescription drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vaping and nicotine products, weapons and ammunition;
- counterfeit, replica, stolen or grey-market goods, and unauthorised resale of software licences;
- regulated financial activity — trading platforms, trading bots or signals, brokerage, investment or tax advice, wealth management, and crypto assets or NFTs;
- "get rich quick" offers, pyramid, MLM, matrix and cash-gifting schemes;
- medical, health or pharmaceutical advice, treatments and diagnostics, and products making unapproved health claims;
- pseudo-science services — clairvoyance, fortune-telling, horoscopes and similar;
- cheats, hacks, macros, spyware, IP/API cloaking, VPN abuse, IPTV, third-party content downloaders and other services built to circumvent another service's paywalls or terms;
- spam, unsolicited bulk email or SMS, robocalling, scraped lead lists and other outbound campaigns sent without consent; and
- anything unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction you are advertising into.
6.Platform abuse
You must not:
- probe, scan, overload or otherwise interfere with the Service, or circumvent rate limits, credit accounting, authentication or any other access control;
- create multiple or automated accounts to obtain additional free credits, or share, resell or sublicense your account;
- resell, white-label or rebroadcast the Service itself, or expose it to third parties as your own product, without a written agreement with us;
- scrape or bulk-extract the Service, or use it to build, train or evaluate a competing product or model; or
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
Using the Service to scrape or attack a third-party website is likewise prohibited: the links you submit must be pages you own or are authorised to analyse, and you must respect their terms.
7.Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, depending on severity, warn you, remove or disable Output, restrict features, suspend or terminate your account, or report the matter to law enforcement. Serious violations — fraud, sexual content involving minors, or use that puts our payment processing at risk — result in immediate termination without notice.
Accounts terminated for a violation of this AUP are not eligible for a refund of amounts already paid, as set out in our Refund Policy. Enforcement is at our discretion; not acting on one violation does not waive our right to act on another.
8.Reporting a violation
If you believe content generated with DropToAd infringes your rights or breaches this policy, email support@droptoad.com with the details and, where possible, a link to the material. We review every report and respond within 48 hours.
